A note from OC

When I was nineteen, someone chose to walk with me. He gave me far more than money. He taught me how to fish, and the direction of my life turned on that decision of his.

I have spent the years since building, losing, rebuilding and learning what actually holds when the pressure comes. What I have found is that most people do not fail for lack of information. They fail because there was nobody close enough to tell them the truth about the specific decision in front of them, at the moment they were making it.

That is why the InnerCircle exists, and it is why it stays small. I give every member a full hour of my own time each month and I stay reachable in between. I cannot do that for everyone, so I read every application myself and I take on the people I believe I can genuinely move.

What membership actually gives you

Two things you cannot buy at scale.

A private one to one session, twelve times across the year. You bring the agenda. Whether that is a business decision, a financial plan, a career move or something personal you are weighing up, the hour is yours to use.

Membership is not limited to the scheduled hour. You have direct access to OC for personal counselling, guidance, advice and support as things come up, so you are not sitting on a decision for three weeks waiting for a calendar slot.

The shape of the year

Twelve sessions. One calendar.

The InnerCircle runs on the calendar year. Your subscription covers January through December, and the month you join is simply where you step in. Each month carries one session with OC.

Your subscription covers the remainder of the current year. Renewal for the next full year opens each January, and members are given first refusal on their seat before it is offered elsewhere.

The fee

$2,000, covering one full year of membership. There is no monthly instalment option and no additional charge for your spouse.

The cycle

Subscription runs January to December regardless of when you join. Joining mid year means your subscription covers the remainder of that year.

Renewal

When your subscription expires at the end of December, you renew for the next full year to keep your seat and your access.

Questions members ask first.

What happens in the monthly session?
One hour, one to one with OC, and you set the agenda. Members bring business decisions, financial plans, career moves and personal matters they are working through. The session is yours to direct.
Is everyone who applies accepted?
No. The InnerCircle is limited by the simple fact that OC gives every member a full hour of his own time each month. Applications are screened for interest and fit, and shortlisted applicants are contacted privately.
My subscription would start mid year. Do I pay less?
The fee is $2,000 for the subscription year, and the year runs January to December for every member regardless of join date. What you receive immediately on joining is the full value stack, including the Earn2Own Workshop and its six resources, spouse inclusion and community access, none of which are prorated. If timing is a concern, say so in the final question on the application and it will be addressed with you directly.
Does my spouse really get full membership?
Yes. If you are married, your membership extends to your spouse at no extra cost. One subscription covers both of you, and you are welcome to attend the sessions together.
How do I reach OC between the monthly sessions?
You have direct access to him for personal counselling, guidance, advice and support. You are also added to the WhatsApp InnerCircle Community, where updates and ongoing engagement happen between sessions.
What is the Earn2Own Workshop?
A six day ultimate guide to financial freedom, sold on its own at $1,140. Membership includes it in full, together with the Financial Health Check and Assessment, the Financial Freedom Template, the How to Plan Your Life course, the Financial Freedom course, the Vision Board course and the Vision Board Masterclass replay.
When do I pay?
Nothing is taken on the application form. Payment details are sent to you privately once your application has been reviewed and your place confirmed.
